Can I change the name on my booking?

All airlines and hotels charge varying amounts for you to change name details, whilst others do not allow this at all. All airlines require the name on the booking to be the same as on your passport but they only require your first and surname. Middle names are not required. If you have put Miss instead of Mrs (or any variation) then this is not a problem as it does not show on your passport. The gender does need to be correct. Please log into the Manage Your Booking section on our website or app, where you will then be able to raise a Customer Support Request (CSR) to make your request.
