How do I change my room type?

To amend your booking, please log into the Manage Your Booking https://www.dnatatravel.com/v2/?returnUrl=/manage-your-booking/login.aspx section on our website or app. You will then be able to raise a CSR (Customer Support Request), advising us of the changes you require. We will then action your request within the next 3 business days. Please note priority is given to urgent requests relating to bookings close to departure.
